I configured the BBconnect to N9500, installed the nokia pc suite and installed and configured the blackberry configuration tool and it was successful. but when I send emails from my handheld I got the ETP message from my outlook. Also, I used other handheld to send email from my N9500 and the message was successfully received from my outlook but not on my N9500.

Resolution I made:

I remove the nokia PC suite and the Blackberry configuration tool then restart my PC. After it, I re-install both nokia pc suite and BB configuration tool. from my N9500, first, I deleted the service book. Second, I re-install the bb client. then connect my N9500 from the PC and configured it using BB configuraion tool and generate new encryption. from my N9500, I configured it and register. but then I got same email delivery.

BTW, is the filter tab from Blackberry configuration tool have default option like To, BCC and CC? because in my case I'm the one who configured the Filter like To, BCC and CC.
