Nokia N61 vs 7100 -

Hi,
Anyone know what are the key differences on the Nokia E61? I've owned a 7100V and its been great. Although I have a habbit of changing phones :D
Some questions I'd like to ask, does the E61 support the following:
Wireless Reconcile
Address book Lookup feature
Fully compatible with BES 4.0??
What are the Pros/Cons between normal RIM handhelds and Blackberry Connect??
