Default Treo blackberry Configuration - 06-14-2006, 04:21 AM

Hi,

I have treo 650 with blackberry connect but when i tried connection to the network, i only get GSM then gprs after those 2 signal it will automatically disconnection. BTW, my treo 650 is properly provisioned. Any suggestion or guide, I will appreciate too if you could provide me a guide on how to enable the Blackberry connect on the treo 650. Help me with this.

Another questions, if I install the blackberry connect on the treo 650, does it update also the palm OS of the phone? If yes, does it backup all my data from the phone before updating the OS?

Thanks,
Mike
