I am experiencing the following problem on my E61 using BIS: from time to time, with no reason, I don't receive e-mails (the e-mails are not pushed on the phone). when rebooting the phone, I receive them again for some time.... and so on. The connection seems active all the time and it was set to BlackBerry always on.
I red on the forum that there is an incompatibility with the IMAP clients and BlackBerry software for E61. So, I have switched from IMAP to POP3 in the admin page of BIS, but the problem still persists.
Is there any solution to this problem?
