Anyone managed to get one of these phones working on this tariff? Am getting to the end of my tether. I have all the latest versions installed but on the BES server it continually claims that Handheld refused connection. The same thing happened after a couple of months with my SE 910i. I have got the BES admin here to completely remove my account and recreate me, but this has had no affect.

If anyone can put me in the general direction of a chapter and verse troubleshooting guide, or ways of testing that everything is OK I would be most grateful.
