Hi, this is my first post,

I have some contacts who are not moving from Pending status in my blackberry messenger. It doesn't matter who sends the request, neither of us move from pending status.

I have tried deleting the program and re-installing, re-booting, removing the battery, everything, but to no avail.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Is the other person accepting the request when you send it, or do you accept the request when you are sent one?

Also... just to make sure... are you both using BB's?

Yea, just cause they have a pin number, if they dont have BB messenger installed they wont be able to answer your pin request..... Could be half of your problem.... Do you have bb messenger? pin me and test it out...
