I think that this is not even a rumor. I haven't heard one word about getting BB Connect onto an iPaq.

BlackBerry

A good list of current and future BB Connect devices.

Blackberry Connect for Pocket PC exists. I am currently running it on my HTC TyTn and it works flawlessly. When I try to install it on the Ipaq 6915 it installs fine, but cannot be recognized by the network and a PIN # does not get generated. I am sure that as more 6915's / 6965's find their way to customers hands, someone will figure out how to get this working.

Where did you get the software for the TyTn? Also, how does it work? I had it going on my MDA for a while and wasnt that stable.

I assume over the past year no one has gotten BB connect to work for their Ipaq 6915 - 6900 series?

Nope...there is a reason. Someone explained something about the software not being able to access the device's radios or something like that. It was explained to me a long time ago and I don't recall exactly. I do know that there are some Windows Mobile devices that this just won't work on. Others, like the TyTN have it working perfectly.

How about a HP j728? Can a blackberry connect to it and act as a modem via bluetooth DUN. If no..why?
