Default Nokia E62 cannot send email via BES - 05-30-2007, 02:56 AM

hi All,
I'm stuck on getting my Nokia E62 to work properly with my BES. I can receive email and calendar sync okay, but I can't get my email to send out. Everytime When I send out the email, I get an error email right away saying that "Remote e-mail server error. The remote server is unable to perform one or more of the following tasks: storing the message, creating the message, or sending the message. My fellow users in the office with a "real" blackberry are able to send email without any problems. Any help would be appreicated.

thanks

Default Same error message on Nokia E61 - 06-13-2007, 02:17 PM

Hi, I'm getting the same error message on my Nokia E61. I recently activated it on our BES server at the office. My emails and calander are synching ok. Just can't seem to send emails. I was told by someone that it was because I was a Domain Admin. I tried removing myself as a Domain Admin, and making sure that Bes Admin had the correctly privildges on my account. However, I still can't seem to send emails.

If anyone has any solutions, ideas, or suggestion to try, they would be much appreciated. Thanks!
