I am testing Blackberry on a SE M600i, everything works well until I try to initiating BES. I have installed the Connect Desktop software on the users computer. We are running Lotus Domino/Notes and it is identyfing the *.id file, I enter the password and chose the Blackberryserver and then try to initiate but get a errormessage saying that either the Blackberryserver is down or the users account is not configured on the server, I have checked both and its OK (Im able to register another user at the sametiem from a Blackberry 7290). When activating from a Blackberry handheld I enter the users email and the password entered at the Blackberry server but Connect desktop tries to use the users *.id file and password for login in to Notes, could that be the problem?
