Hi All,

We are running BES 4.0.7n and have approx 60 users, while most of the users are happy with the blackberries a few of the users myself included think that they are still limited on features (multimedia being one).

So I have decided to try a HTC Tytn with BB connect, the HTC Tytn is running Windows Professional 6 and B version 2.1.2.31 and the carrier is o2.

I put in my sim card out of a pearl (known working sim card) and installed the BB software no problem, but when trying to start the BB service on the device it just jumps back to not connected status.

Any help or advice would be appreciated as i haev run out of ideas to get this working. I did manage to get it running on a XDA device a couple of years ago, but for the life of me cant remeber how i did it.

Have you set up the blackberry desktop software for windows mobile?
Do you get a pin # ?
Once this is done, you have to set the device up on your carriers website.
Which carrier are you using?
