I know this thing is old, but I manged to track down the BBC Software for it. (BBConnect_Motorola_Smartphone_BB_English_2_1_.0.1 .39-41.cab It installed fine, and looked to be ok. I told it to register and I got a message telling me it was successfull. When connected to my work PC I was able to synch with Activesync, and I got Policy from our BES. All looked well until I wasn't getting OTA syncs. I went to https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular and tried to change to the new hardware (PIN, and IMEI both show up on the device). When I try to make the switch I get: "The Information you have provided could not be verified. Please re-type your information and try again".

On the MPX-220 if I try to register the device now I get: "Network Available", "Data Tunnel Available", then "Not Connected", which is pretty much where I'm stuck.

I called RIM, and AT&T who connected me back to RIM. All I get from them is that the MPX-220 is not supported by my carrier, and they can't offer me any assistance. Then the AT&T tech told me that Blackberry Connect shouldn't work on my 8525, and that it was a fluke. I know this is so close to working, hopefully somebody here has seen this and can offer some assistance?
