Default Tilt BES activation problem - 10-12-2007, 11:17 AM

Any insight on this problem would be appreciated. I just bought a Tilt and loaded the Blackberry Connect software as instructed. I installed the corresponding Blackberry Connect software on my computer at work and pressed the "Configure Device" button. Everything seems to work OK. Policies get installed on the Tilt and it makes me do an encryption key. The software on the Tilt says it's connected, but nothing gets redirected to the Tilt. When I open the software on my PC, the PIN field no longer has my devices assigned PIN, but says "Unknown Type." Our firm's BES is version 4.1.2, so it should work. Any ideas?

Never mind. I found it on RIM support.

BlackBerry Search Results

Our admin should have it straightened out shortly.
