Angry Unlocking Vendor Themes HELP I'm lost...

Please Login to Remove!

I downloaded about 4 different Desktop programs. I have the LATEST one, and I DON'T have Shared Files under Research In Motion.

I have been working on this for almost 6 hours.

I have Suncom, Pearl 8100. I'm now running 4.3.0.7 desktop manager and this is what I see when I go
Program Files>Common Files>Research in Motion

That would be because you need to download and install the HANDHELD OS for the 8100. There are two pieces of software, desktop manager, and the Handheld OS for your BlackBerry. You need both pieces.

They do not need to match. They have little in common. Personally, I would NOT use Desktop Manager 4.3 as there are many problems related to syncing. I recommend still using Desktop Manager 4.2.2
