Default IPHONE theme for BOLD BBerry and Icons

I was using Iphone theme with my old Curve.
Bow I would like to use the same theme in the BOLD.
However I can't find it.

Anybody can help ?

How can I change pictures of Icons in the original Bold Theme ?
