Also, I am showing the Precision Zen(lightning bolt) active, but storm goes to Verizon logo instead of lightning. Any suggestions?
My username password for APN is black. Do I need to populate it and the wap address? If so, what are they?
On my BOLD I can set my profiles to vibrate 2 times for email and three for calls. Can't seem to locate this option on the Storm. HELP!!!

Press the speaker button (profile change), scroll down to 'Set Ring Tones/Alerts'>Expand 'Messages'>Select SMS Text, Emails, MMS, etc>Scroll down to 'Vibration'>Change to 'Custom'>Change 'Count' to whatever you desire.

NO-- that IS the problem. Try it.

HOw do you select and edit, or just confirm, the settings for the defaults--ALL of them. You will see it is increasingly mysterious....


Your link aint it. Did you try it? Tell me, how do you set/check the tones and actions for the "normal"? And then how do you set/check them for "loud".

You will see that whatever you set for one, it will be for the rest----
