Smile Help! I purchased a theme & can't find it on my bb

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

Brand new to the 8300 curve and loving it. I purchased a theme from handango.com, downloaded it using the desktop manager and can see the files under options, advanced options, applications. Now what? I can't seem to figure out how to get the theme to open on my bb. Thanks for any help. Jerri

Pull the battery and put it back in your BlackBerry. After it reboots you should be able to see it.

Default Still can't pull it up

I tried removing the battery and rebooting. I can find the file in the options>advanced options>applications, but I don't know what to do from here. The rebooting didn't seem to make a difference. Am I looking in the right place????

Just like Steve said, do you have all the BB Dimension themes installed?

No removal of COD files. Forgive my ignorance. I do not even know what a COD file is but I know I didn't remove anything. I purchased the theme from Handango.com and made sure it was for my OS and BB. I can see what I downloaded and that it went to my application file on my bb but......I don't know how to launch it from there. Any ideas?

What options do you currently have in "themes"?

No Nassz, I did not remove the diminsion themes that came with my bb. They are still there.

Steve, the options I have in themes are.....BB DIMENSION ICON, BB DIMENSION L, BB DIMENSION TODAY and BB DIMENSION ZEN. That is what was loaded on the bbb when I bought if from Verizon last week. Interestingly enough, I just went to Verizon to see if I could get a quick solution and they told me that there is only one website that is compatable with my bb. I can't believe that as I am sure I would have read something about that on these forums. Any truth to that??

Jerri, I just responded to the other thread you started about this in the Rumor Mill section - did you perchance download a theme that requires OS version 4.5 or above? How about sending us a link to the themes you downloaded?
