Hmm, that is humorous and all, but the OP came here looking for an answer.
OP, unzip the file, you should then see .alx and .cod files.
Connect your device and lauch DM, click on App launcher, click browse, and locate the folder with the .alx and .cod files. Select the file and click Okay. Put a check mark in the box next to the theme you want, and follow the steps from there.
