Default favorite themes?

Please Login to Remove!

I was going through JohnClark’s kick ass memory optimization guide the other day and it suddenly donned on me… I had never seen or used any other carriers theme. I have only used T-mobile and AT&T themes on my blackberries.

That got me thinking… what are your favorite themes?

Right now, I use BoldCurve and CurveStorm from ZmanDesigns, and other than the Iberry theme, I have never used any other themes…

So, official carrier or not, what are your favorite themes?

Wirelessly posted (Blackberry 8330)

I am glued to the verizon one. I've tried to change, but I just can't. It is too clean and easy to use. (I don't like having a lot of icons on my screen. Five is nice.)

I found some really awesome ones on elecite com, I especially like the precision L and scion. I got precision L free on eveek com and bought scion.

couldn't agree more. get yourself a nice, clean background with the verizon theme and you're good to go. i'll never mess with any other themes; they're pointless to me

Ive said time and time again - the stock Verizon theme is AWESOME. The best icons out there, imho, 5 customizable home page icons...You are good to go. What I can't stand about MOST themes that use non-standard, colorful icons like in my Bold or iPhone themes. Once you install a few 3rd party apps with their colorful icons you're BB looks a little weird. You have all these translucent, mono-colored icons for all the preinstalled BB apps and then you have Viigo, Google Maps, etc sticking out like a sore thumb with their bold colors.

Now, having professed my love for the standard VZW theme. I have been using a 3rd party theme for about a month. It fits 7 icons on the bottom of the homescreen and it installs with a cool background... Once I get sick of this theme, I'll be back to the VZW!

could you tell me where you got that 3rd party app? having 7 along the bottom would be nice, i wouldn't mind having my browser and viigo in the mix. perhaps i'll eat my words!

Here is my favorite theme:

I took a picture of a black piece of paper and use that as my wallpaper. I used the "L" Zen (I think) and only have the following icons:

address book
SMS
Email
Calendar
Internet
Media
Settings
Alarm
Sound Profiles

Nice...I like simplicity too - wallpaper is just eye candy. One thing I've always HATED was finding a theme that looked really cool, great icons but then you couldnt choose the 5 icons you want on the home screen...Grrr drives me mad!

For the life of me...I cant remember where I downloaded this theme. However, I do have the zip file on my HD. Its a free theme, not a premium (which blew my mind) theme btw...

Feel free to PIN me and I'll get u a copy as soon as I can....

Chris

I'd like to know if it's possible to get the Verizon theme on other carriers as well.
