Thumbs down Themes problem on 7100g/Cingular 4.0.2.49

Please Login to Remove!

Ok - Please excuse this if it's all over, but I cannot search this forum or any other that uses this BB software. Some firewall glitch.

After the upgrade, I was defaulted back to the original Cingular list theme. When I try to select another from the list, I am not given the option to 'activate' it. I only get one menu pick - 'close'.

I reloded it and no dice.

Anyone share this issue or have a solution?

That Cingular theme S*U*C*K*S.

I DID have all the original 7100 themes (voda, o2, etc)and I added the default 7700 large later. That's the one I had been using. Once I upgraded, only the 7700 theme was left (which was fine for me). I haven't tried to reload any of the others.

I suppose I could try to load the 7290 theme which is close enough to what I want. We'll see if that works.

Thanks for the assist.

Default Fixed!

There might be a dependency issue. Once I installed some of the other themes (via alx) I was able to select the theme I wanted and activate it.

I can live with having a few themes there I won't use.
