help>.. i just bought 8310 and i used it for downloading themes. but why all themes that i have download gone. i downloading 8 themes but none of theme on my bb theme. they just gone.

go into "Options" then scroll down to "Themes". If you downloaded via OTA they will be there.

i have already done it, but still did't get my theme
i have download from my pc and copied it to my memory card and install it, but it was not working also, failed. why ya? is it used jad file, isn't it?

Ok, you are going about it in the wrong way. You can't just copy the JAD file to the Media Card.

You need to use the BlackBerry Browser to navigate to the OTA link to the JAD file and install it that way.

Also, you need to be sure that the theme are compatible with your phone model and the OS version you have on your phone.

there are 2 ways to install themes.
1. .jad files need to be installed by clicking ont he link in the browser ON your device
2. .cod(usually zipped) files can be downloaded to your PC installed into desktop manager then installed to your device from dekstop manager.

and as Motorcycle Mama stated must be compatable with your device and your device OS.
ie. 83xx & 4.5.x
