i downloaded it to my laptop, now what?

What kind of extension does it have? .jad, .alx .cod?

If a .jad, go to the URL of where you downloaded it on the BlackBerry Browser and it will download and install on the device over the air.

If .alx/.cod, connect your device to the PC and launch Desktop Manager, click on App Loader and then click browse, and locate the theme. Then follow the prompts from there.
