Default 8707v vodaphone theme deleted, want it back

Last year I bought a 8707v on ebay. It was spanking new and was fine. I found out about freeing more memory by deleting non essential software. Fast forward about 10mths I now would like to have the phone back to original specs.

I found CrackMem and successfully wiped the phone and installed the OS below.

I have BB Desktop Manager 4.7 on the PC and have
8707vCJK_PBr4.2.2_rel342_PL3.4.0.24_A4.2.2.186_Vod afone_AU installed

Everything is good to go except I dont have the Vodafone theme. I did manage to get the .cod theme from this forum but there isn't a .alx included and I can't get hold of Java loader.

Is there any way I can get it back?
