Not sure if this should go here or if there is a section for Themes.

Do they have a theme out that is similiar to the Storm theme with the Black Background and then the 4-5 icons on the main front screen?

Just curious.

Yes there are themes in the Media section of the forum. Do a search and you will find plenty. Here is an example of what I found with a quick search:
