Installed a theme no it won't ring
 

Okay - so I installed a them onto my Curve 8330 and now my ringer doesn't work - the volume is turned up the whole way - any ideas on how to fix it? (without not using the theme)

First, with the device powered on, try removing the battery for 30 seconds.

Also, have you reviewed your settings in Profiles?

Grr - took the battery out, started it back up - still won't work --

Review the settings in profiles, specifically check the Do Not Disturb option.

As for the profile - when I got to the "Normal" then "Edit", "Phone" it shows my ringtone name "out of holster is "Tone" "In holster" is "vibrate+tone" and volume is "medium"

Do not disturb is set to "No"

Try switching to a different theme...does the issue follow to the new theme?

Took the theme off and still no ring :(

Has it ever rung for you?

Yeah - it used to work just fine

I hate to ask this, but is your profile currently set to Normal?

Yep - it is

Deleted theme and pulled battery, still no ring
