I notice that the windows se7en Theme for Storms is different to that of all the other models - any reason?

I particularly like the windows se7en theme for the bold with the Microsoft Office Outlook symbols for the emails and messages. Does anyone know if this exact same version is going to be released for storm, or if the outlook symbols are going to be added to the storm version any time soon??

These themes are created by independent theme makers. The design is totally up to them. You need to ask one of them, probably in the Media Center sub-forum.
