Default Chaning basic Zen layout to a U layout in Theme Builder? (Pearl8230)

Please Login to Remove!

I've been searching and searching so forgive the question but my head is in a spin. I can't seem to find the answer to this.

I dl the theme builder and it's working just great. But I can't figure out how to change the basic Zen theme to have a U-icon layout on the homescreen rather than the 5-icon layout that it has by default on my Pearl 8230.

I've tried all the sample files provided but other than two L-theme ones, there's no U-layout.

The L-themed ones are labelled L_480x320.thm and L_480x360.thm.

My understanding is that unlike other BB, the Pearl doesn't have option to change number of icons being displayed on the home screen. But we can have more icons if our theme has the type of layout that displays more. I haven't been able to successfully use TB to get my own but I figure if I had a .thm file that did, I could create my own.

If I'm on the right track, is there any place to dl a u-theme's .THM file?

Thanks. I'll keep reading and searching but I get so many other answers than anything close to what I need that the words are starting to blur together <vbg>.

Thanks.

Default

Select custom when you build the theme, and you can create whatever layout you would like.
