When I klick the left button (blackberry key), and the menu pops up, and, I choose some command using the keyboard (like typing "c" for close), the focus is not immediately moved to the menu entry.
Instead, it slowly scrolls down to the entry. This is IMHO a waste of CPU and of my time.

Is there a theme or a setting so that if I press a key the selection jumps immediately to the menu entry ?

Please update your profile to indicate which device you are using. Profile says 9700 but your post originally was in the 9900 section. Which is it?

Actually, my main device is a 9700, however I have a 9900 since a few weeks, and, I try hard to use this instead of the 9700.

Yesterday I tried again, and, this is the result.
So, my question is related to the 9900, but, my profile is correct.


Btw: using the forum with the 9900 is also a very difficult thing, because the del key will not work as expected.
The only thing del does, is a character backwards.
And, shift-del deletes everything I wrote.

Only if I enable javascript, and, use the "mobile" version of the forum, the del key behaves correct.
