The store copy of the 7130c was able to use the download themes option to download additional themes to the phone. When I use this option on my own 7130 it always tells me that I need a BB with a color screen and when I try ringtones it tells me I need a phone that supports ringtones. I've seen it work, any reason why it won't detect my phone and allow me to download the themes?

mine does to, only thing i ca think of is the stores bb must be on some type of bes where the blackberry browser is unlocked and is able to access the bb help site, my bb only accesed that site when i was on bes

I was finally able to get them but I did not change anything. Anywhere to find better themes?
