Hello

I have a BB 7280 and i upgrade it to V4.0.0.219 i installed some themes on the phone but there not added to the themes dir but do see them installed in the applications.

I believe you need OS v4.1

The 7280 is a 16Meg device, I don't think it will support OS 4.1, due to memory requirements.
