Default What is blah@yahoo.com(-4) for ZEN Theme?

Please Login to Remove!

What is the (-4) and how do I get rid of it. I have deleted every single message and call log.

Thanks

It's a bug in zen theme with a few models. It happens when you delete emails, it will then show the number of emails you've deleted as a negative number next to your in box.

Do a search here for "negative emails" or something along those lines to find a fix if there is one. Not sure if there is yet though.

Is it the ZEN theme or happens with any theme?

I couldn't find a fix for it, no one knows on the other threads.

I've mainly only seen it on Zen theme however I'm not sure if it can happen on others. I would imagine so. I'm unaware of a "fix" so not sure how to help much more on that. Just keep checking back to those other threads to see if someone can come up with one.

I know of a temp fix (pull your battery for a reboot) however the next time you delete email you'll have the same problem.

Did you remove the battery for about 30 seconds then place it back in?

I have had this happen several times, and the battery pull always worked.

Woo Hoo!

For some reason the battery pull tends to fix a lot of quirks.
