| OTA themes for 7130e Please Login to Remove! Hi All,
I'm a newbie to both this site and the Blackberry. I am soooo confused. I am using a Mac and cannot load the CD/software that came with my Verizon 7130e onto my computer, as it is windows-based.
I have successfully downloaded "screensavers" to my BB via OTA (WAP). However, I cannot seem to find any sites that have themes that can be download to the BB via OTA.
Any suggestions?
Thanks alot!!!

| Thanks guys! However, I have looked at the Themes area for hours, and still cannot figure it out!!! I cannot find an OTA link that works! The link is either dead, or it is a download.
I also clicked on the link by your signature, Fizz, and it brings me to downloads. Please forgive my ignorance, as I am soooo new to all of this.
Thanks for you patience.

| Hi Fizz!
Sorry to bother you again, but I have downloaded (OTA) a few themes, downloaded the plasmic theme reader (got confirmation after both downloads that they successfully downloaded), but cannot find the themes!!!
In my "advanced options" I can see that the plasmic theme reader is there, but have looked high and low for any of the themes, and cannot find them. I have been going crazy for a day trying to get this right!!!
Any suggestions?? Thanks alot!

Laura | Don't go into Advanced Options.
Use Options > Theme
You should find them there. | | Offline

Laura | Yes, like the previous post stated, go to "options", then "themes". you'll find a list of the themes there, all you need to do is click on one and select "activate". | | Offline

| Sorry I did not respond right away! I was away and just got back.
I have gone into options, and the only themes there are the 3 that came with the Blackberry. This is really baffling to me, because the downloads were successful (themes and theme reader). However, after the downloads, I did not get a screen that asked if I wanted to reboot. Could that be the problem?
I did turn off my Blackberry and then turned it back on. Still nothing.
Sorry for being a pain. And believe me, i have read this site for hours trying to figure this out.

| this theme is for any BB that is a 71xx (7130e included). I have seen this problem before and then installed it directly from a PC using Desktop Manager. Are you able try it that way instead of OTA? | | Offline

Does this not work on Verizon Blackberry 7130e? | Turning it off and on is not the same as a reboot. Try pulling the battery for a minute then putting it back in. That will give you a reboot. THat may solve the problem. | | Offline
