I am a newb with a few questions. Whenever I try to download a theme or pic the blackberry website thinks I have an old monochrome display and old software even though the unit is new with 4.2 software. Anything I need to change. Also, can I have a personal email account on my 8700C if I am also on a corporate enterprise email system. Thanks in advance for any help

If you have 4.2 and your with cingular you may have Beta software. If so thats your problem. I would go to the cingular web site and get the software supported.

Also your security setting set by the IT department in your company may limit what your able to download. As for both emails , yes you should have an icon that allows personal email account setup in addition to the corporate email. Again IT department can restrict this.
