Default ATT Curve Today Theme Calendar Working Correctly?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm new to BB, so maybe this is working correctly, but I kind of expected my BB to show me upcoming calendar appointments on the ATT "Today" theme. Instead, it seems to just show the 2 most recently-added appointments, not the 2 most upcoming appointments.

It seems surprisingly useless, of course. Am I confused? Is there a setting or fix? Or is this how it is supposed to work?

Also deleting these appointments does not remove them from the front page of the calendar section of the today screen. They stay put until a sync occurs.

Thanks,

Arthur

Initially, my Today screen was listing my upcoming appointments, but now it's not listing anything. I've tried everything: deleting/reinstalling service books; rebooting (removing and reinserting the battery); changing themes and going back to Dimension Today), but nothing seems to work.

I think this must be part of the larger Calendar problem as well. I hope RIM issues a patch soon.

Hm well these themes are undocumented. Maybe the calendar on the today theme is supposed to be listing 'last entered' appointments, and not appointments that are coming up. It's working correctly for all I know, it just seems useless.

My device is not showing any of the sync errors or failed reminder errors associated with these early release cingular/att 8300's, that some others are experiencing.
