Tell that to Vodafone. They have a theme for the 7290.

If you install the Vodafone BBerry 4.0 release, it will install a different looking theme to the device.

Is it possible to just get the Vodaphone theme as a file and insert it without installing their 4.0 rlease? Everything is working well right now and "if it ain't broke don't mess with it - or at least don't mess too much! " is my motto.
