Default Still no browser after wipe & reload - 05-13-2008, 12:08 PM

Well i wiped my device twice last night, and reloaded the newest OS onto it and everything seems back to normal (ie. no unite) but i dont have a browser and it says i need service books for my browser. I sent my service books from my BIS site multiple times and did numerous hard resets and still no browser. whats the deal?

go into options> security settings> general settings and look near the bottom, does it still say you have an IT policy?

Default how to get your browser back - 05-13-2008, 12:57 PM

you need to register your HRT.

Go to Options - Advanced Options - Host Routing Table - once this menu is open, open your menu and click Register.

This should get your Browser back on your Phone.

No, you have an IT policy from BB Unite! You'll need to remove the IT policy. Or you'll need to properly install Unite! so that the browser is activated.
