I know that unite offers call logging, but how good is it ?
Is it possible to export the log to a excel file ?

It syncs a copy of the device call log to the Unite server. I don't really use it in my installation. There is no direct way to export the call logging from the Unite UI.

I haven't looked into this, but I suspect the data is stored in the Unite MS SQL database, and could be gotten there with the appropriate tool.
