Both my wife's and my BB stopped receiving and sending email about 2 days ago. Up until then they were working awesome. I have Unite 1.0.03 Bundle 21. I checked on data-outages.com and do not see anything listed for AZ/Sprint. Also, I have reactivated both BB and reset them. When I verify email using the Unite Desktop I receive no errors but I also don't receive the test message. The email accounts are functioning, ( I checked using my desktop). The interesting part is that file transfer and remote admin work along with sharing calendar entries, but we don't receive the email notice of the change. So now I'm basically out of ideas and would appreciate some assistance....

Have you checked your log files and the event log entries? Are all the BB Unite services running?

Don't know how to check log files...sorry newbie to this BB thing. Also, I just learned that there is an outage with Sprint effect data only. This most likely explains my issue....right? Thanks for the reply
