After I have installed the Unite software, I run the web admin utility. On the Registration form at the top is says in red "Could not find registration location". What does this mean? Also, the picture that should appear with the characters/word that I would type in is not downloading (red X in the picture box). Any suggestions on what the problem is? Thanks for the help!

Also, I tried uninstalling the software, then reinstalling. The installation went fine. After I clicked Finish, the Web Admin popped up, I attached my phone, clicked Next, and the same error occurred.
