I'm having problems on MDS Runtime activation. I've configured my BES and MDS connection services at the right ports aparently it is working fine. But when I try to activate the MDS Runtime at the device, it stops at 33% and the server log is:
Failed to push message to device. | DevicePIN=2066929C; AppName=systemmessages; MsgType=ACK; MsgID=5052; AckStatus=NACK; BundleStartID=5002; BundleEndID=5044; BundleSize=25; Exception=Unreachable device PIN specified.;
net.rim.wica.ag.services.connector.ConnectionExcep tion: Unreachable device PIN specified.
The fact is that my BES is behind a ISA firewall and I thought the problem should have something to do with the firewall. Is it right ? Do you recomend it to be outside the firewall ?
