Hello!
I'm new to BlackBerry device and, of course, new to this community.
My provider is Vodafone Romania and it's not in the list of Operating System Downloads. What can I do in order to upgrade my OS? I have to mention that the OS can't be downloaded from Vodafone's website, beacause it's not there, so I was wondering if there's any generic OS do download and use with my device. A second problem that I've encountered is the fact that the GPS couldn't find any satellites before I've upgraded to a basic data plan with my provider. Is that ok? I mean, is it supposed to act like that?

check the top of the forums on this site for the device you have. Ie, check the 8300 forums for your 8310, and click the link in the stickies for latest 8310 OS download. it has all the instructions to download the OS there.
