Hi all,

I've got a problem with my BB and headset:

sometimes (quite often), when I answer a call, taking the HS out, the call starts, but I can't hear any sound; I must turn off quickly the HS, then answer using the BB and then restart the HS to continue call (after some apologies to the caller, of course).
I tried to deactivate encryption, but things are not better at all :(

That's pretty annoying and I'm thinking to stop using the HS (which is on all other aspects absolutely brilliant).
I've got a BB 8707 since about 1 year, and the HS is less than 1 month old.

Any help would be very appreciated!
