Go into bluetooth options and look for stuff like "accept file transfers".

Do you get an error? It would help if you would explain step by step how you're trying to transfer files.

Good luck

I have the same problem transferring a picture file between an 8300 to an 8100. The transfer starts and and then I get a message the transfer failed. Both units are paired and active. What gives? I have transfered files with other bluetooth phones before with no problems.
