Default Curve and IHF1000 Help

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Curve and a IHF100 Motorola car kit. Everything seems to work fine except the special features, i.e. it announcing that I have a new text or a new email message or low bat indicator. When I talked to Motorola the first time they said I would not receive 5the special features until I have a phone with A2dp at the time I had A pearl. So I figured when I got a curve that it would work?? And it does not. Now what does work is the low bat indicator but not the other stuff. It says in the manual this it supports .096 and 1.0 profiles is that my problem with the other stuff working?

im having problems with blackberry units and handsfree devices. i have a small car stereo/tint shop and i sell the IHF1000 and other bluetooth devices. so far ive had a problem getting a blackberry curve which wont stay connected to a kenwood headunit. from browsing through this forum, it looks like the BB's have alot of BT compatibility issues.

Default BlackBerry Devices working well

Kenwood has issued a SW Update (Ver. 1.60) for Bluetooth that resolves the BlackBerry phone issues. Check it out on their website.
