Default Bluetooth won't communicate

Please Login to Remove!

New Jabra BT8040 will pair with 8310 but I cannot communicate through it. I can adjust volume and even hang up with the headset. Help!

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8310/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

Did you try re-installing it?

Reading your other thread you talk about having a wireless router nearby. Have you tried it when not in range of your router? Bluetooth and wifi have frequency conflicts.

I just tried on the other side of my house and same issue. Again, the headset will end a call and adjust volume just not allow me to communicate.

Angry

I have re-installed, deleted device, paired again, removed battery, disabled encryption, etc., etc.. I don't believe the problem is with the headset, I'm pretty convinced it's the BB.
