Default allow unsecure connection

Please Login to Remove!

hi,
is there a way to allow an unsecure Bluetooth connection?
I try to link my BlackBerry with the barcodescanner 3101 from Opticon, but my BlackBerry always says that the linking between the two devices is not possible :(

The BB doesn't search for the scanner, the scanner connects to the BB via the BB-MAC.

where are the option to allow this connection without a pin-code? if there is no way to do it without the pin-code: are there any more options for the bluetooth connections? incomming com-ports?

i'm using a 8707 BB.

thanks hibbert
