Default Jawbone with 8830 audio problems

Please Login to Remove!

I have a jawbone, and for whatever reason the headset quits working after I make/receive my first call. Everything works fine for the first call, but whenever I receive the next one the caller cannot hear me.

I have to turn the jawbone off after every call and then right back on to make/receive the next call.

Does anyone else have this problem? Other than that it is a great headset.

There is a reset for the headset. Take a paperclip and unfold it. You will insert the end of the paperclip in the center of the area where you plug your charger into. Instructions for this can be found on Jawbone.com. If that does not solve the problem take it back to VZW or where ever you bought it from and get it exchanged. I have owned one for almost a year and never had a problem with it.

Yea I would definitly return it if it keeps acting up. For the amount you spent on it, it better work.

OS 4.2 has bluetooth stack issues. Let's hope they fix it in 4.5
