I just upgraded my 7290 to v4.0.0.219 (Platform 1.8.0.129) and now it doesn't not see my Motorola HS850. I tried pairing the two devices again but to no avail. It used to work prior to the upgrade.

Anyone seen this problem before? Has anyone have a solution? Thanks.

I was having this problem to. The key is to get the headset into pairing mode which the directions aren't too clear on. Press and hold the MFB button until it is steadily lit...then open the boom. The device should stay lit. Then select add device on the unit.

Works like a charm. Before I kept holding the button with the boom open like the directions said but the headset was never lit (which it didn't state in the manual).
