What version of handheld software did you upgrade to?

here's a different one for you but same problem. I lose the connection, (7520)getting a message if I want to accept the bluetooth (250v) Sometimes a call will come in and the 250 will not pick it up. I didn't install the hardware by the way. I'm going through a third party for messages so I don't think that's the problem. I'm trying to get ahold of "RIM" for an answer

try this:
go to the options screen and select Bluetooth
this should say paired devices
highlight/select the device and push the trackwheel
go to device properties and select
this will have the info for your device name
make sure that by trusted it says yes
this should work now, I works for me just fine.
