Help:

I'm using a 7100T w/4.0. Even though my Motorola HS850 is right next to the phone it won't pair - the 7100T doesn't even see the HS850. Have followed all of the suggestions in the RIM Technical Knowledge Data BAse

Are you putting the HS850 into pairing mode properly? You have to hold the button until the light comes on steady AND WHILE STILL HOLDING THE BUTTON, open the mic. Then do the "add device" from the BB. Hope this helps.
