ok so my plantronics headset basically came with zero insructions and the black berry manuel dosnt cover it either. my question is how do you place a call with the hand set when u have the headset in standby so that the call does not go directly to the headset when you dial. does the headset have to be turned off in order to make hand set calls? also i am using the 7250
